Dear Coaches,

Greetings from Franklin C. Hocker. The purpose of this letter is to invite your girls fast pitch team to the 8th Annual Shriners ASA Charity Ladies Fast Pitch Softball Tournament where all the profit goes to the Shriners Children Hospital in Chicago, IL.

The tournament is scheduled for July 20, 21, & 22 2012. The Softball Committee who is organizing this prestigious event will appreciate early registration. We must have your applicaiton and check in hand by July 2, 2012 or at 52 teams which ever is first. There will be no refunds after the registration cut off date of July 2, 2012.

The monies generated from yours and other team’s participation in this 8th Annual Shriners ASA Charity Ladies Fast Pitch Softball Tournament will benefit children at a Shriners Hospitals for Children.
